Back Guarantee are determined jointly by the researchers /
search guides and customers so that they can be fair to all sides

Searches should return up to date results available, based upon
the subject information you provide. Confirmations are results. If you are dissatisfied
with a search result, please

so that we can work with you and the researcher / search

mediate any situation
that may have caused dissatisfaction. Searching is a cooperative
process and each search will only search the items that are
described under the search item listing on the web pages and
fees are for the service of searching. To make any request for a
refund for the various categories of search results, please follow the
procedure listed below. The procedures are search category
specific.For all
employment related, Asset related,
Marriage & Divorce related, Vehicle related, Background checks, criminal & civil records searches,
business related, Plates, driving records, Phone related, people locate searches and other public record
or internet searches:
If you find that the results are not up to date then please
provide a copy of the exact search results returned to you by
any competitor (for
the same cost or less and based upon the same subject
information).
Documentation should include a copy of the subject information
submitted to the competitor, the receipt, and the search results
returned by the competitor. Searches search public
records and the internet. A competitor is defined as any
company that does public record or internet searches.
For all
email, IP, IM, Username related searches please provide
independent documentation to verify that the estimate of results
are not up to date and the procedure to verify the results.
Refund can be issued once it can be independently verified that
the result is not up to date.
Please make any refund request by including the above mentioned
documentation, within 30 days of receipt of search results
through Abika.com. Independent documentation should also show
that the search criteria used to obtain the documentation were
the same as those submitted with your order. When making a
refund request, please also include the Date of Order, Order
Number, Your valid email address, Name, Address and phone
number. Refunds can only be issued if full documentation as
detailed above is included and verified. When a search has a no
hit fee it is listed in the description of the search and your
Invoice. No hit fees are not refundable. Refunds can only be
issued by the same method as the payment. Most search results
are available within a few business days. The estimated delivery
times are listed on the
delivery times page.
The Money Back Guarantee is only valid for 30 days after
receiving the search results or notification of more information
and no refunds can be issued after the 30 day period. Any notifications, messages,
communications or status
of the results can be checked by login to your
Abika.com account. |
